News, News, News, Read all about it.

Let's get to the news immediately.
ASPIRE is happy to announce that we have hired an Executive Assistant/Instructor-Sara Card.  Sara comes with background in horses and a multitude of administrative skills.  She understands the non-profit world and is very genuine and kind.  Sara will be a welcome asset to our team.

I am proud to announce that I have an article published in an online magazine.  www.familylabs.org.   I really am enjoying working on my writing skills and writing more articles all the time.

ASPIRE is in need of volunteers for the upcoming spring classes.  We have a link on the volunteer page of the website to download forms to fill out.  Volunteer orientation is coming up the end of March with classes beginning the first Monday of April.  Please pray for a warm and somewhat dry Spring.

ASPIRE will be doing concessions at the Sports Show on March 10th and we could utilize more volunteers to help with this Sports Show.   Check in time is 8:00 a.m.

Blue will be returning this week from his winter training schedule.   We are excited about him coming back.  Buddy will be going for training during March.   Kily will be returning to the farm sometime in March for the upcoming season.

We are busy getting ready for Let's Dance So They Can Ride, Spring Classes, Camp Hope and expansion of programming.

Please keep following our blog for exciting expansion news.

Please mark your calendars for Let's Dance So They Can Ride, May 5th at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center.   You don't want to miss the boot stomping, dancing, eating and bidding evening.   Get ready for so down home country fun.

Blessings for a great rest of the week.

Spring has sprung

What beautiful weather we are experiencing!  Oops you say it is February.  What is this?   The horses are all excited about this nice weather.   Spunky is the word!  Well, we are working hard on finalizing the clinic that was postponed for snow.  Snow!   The Dan Grunewald Clinic is scheduled for this weekend Feb 4 and 5. Let's pray for good weather.   We are working hard on getting ready for spring classes and summer outreach programs.   I have been working on interviews for instructors, and grants.   I am also in the midst of writing an article for a magazine.  Wow, that is difficult as I have to write in story form.  Busy, Busy, Busy.    I assure you that I never have a moment to be bored.   Next event is Hairy Horse Show April 14 and 15.    Both the clinic and horse show will be at Ellsworth in Iowa Falls.   It is a busy time of year!   ASPIRE is excited about new adventures this year.  Keep following our blog as this all unfolds.   Mark your calendars for May 5th.  Our big fundraiser is Let's Dance So They Can Ride.   Hope to see you all at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center.   Have a beautiful day and enjoy this beautiful weather.  Please join for all our special events.  We would love to see you there!
